Linear type filling line for Bottles LFC

The LFC linear filling line is designed for filling liquid and viscous products into PET and PE bottles, followed by capping with pilfer-proof plastic caps.

The standard line configuration includes a filling module, and a capping module with an automatic cap feeding and orientation system, infeed & outfeed conveyors.
Optionally, the line can be equipped with an a bottle rinsing unit, automatic bottle feed system onto the line, a labeling machine, and bottle infeed for orientation and accumulation tables.

This machine can be used in the food and chemical industries for packaging a wide range of liquid and viscous products:
Food products: milk, kefir, drinking yogurts, condensed milk, various sauces, etc.
Non-food products: liquid soap, shampoo, gel, liquid detergents, fertilizers, laundry detergents, etc.

* Speed depends on dimensions and type of bottle, product specifications and optional parts.
** It also depends on the final configuration of the machine.
BENEFITS:
  • Hygienic - compact, closed-type machine with frame, panels, and all product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel. Protective acrylic guards are provided with safety sensors.
  • Controller - programmable logic controller (PLC) ensures reliability and speed of machine operation.
  • Touchscreen - for machine operations, input of settings and operator convenience.
  • Self-diagnostic system - alarm messages are displayed on the touchscreen, speeding up and simplifying maintenance.
  • Lowering of filling nozzles into the bottle to minimize product foaming (bottom-up filling).
  • Flexibility - ability to handle a variety of bottle sizes and filling volumes.
  • Quick and easy changeover to a different bottle format reduces downtime.
  • Included - cap orientation and feeding system, inlet and outlet conveyors in standard scope of supply.
STANDARD SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
  • Filling unit equipped with 4 or 6 piston fillers
  • Automatic cap orientation and feeding system
  • Capping module
  • Bottle conveyor system
  • Parts for one bottle format
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:
  • Bottle rinsing module with 6 nozzles * Automatic bottle infeed system
  • UV lamp for bactericidal treatment of bottles and caps
  • Ultra-Clean - Laminar air flow system for the filling area (HEPA filter)
  • Accumulation table
  • Labeling machine
  • Date printer
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The operator manually feeds the empty bottles on the infeed conveyor or with the help of a rotary turntable. After this, the bottles are automatically transferred to the rinsing nozzles (optional), where they are first rotated at 180 degrees and then rinsed to remove dust particles. After that they pass through a conveyor fitted with UV lamps (optional) and get sterilized. The bottles are then transferred to the filling area where the filling nozzles lower into the bottle and filling takes place gradually as the nozzles are lifted. The drive for the nozzles “up-down” action can be pneumatic or servo driven. After filling the bottles are subsequently conveyed to the capping and labelling units. The filled and labelled bottles are finally transferred to a rotary collection table (optional) for stacking towards transportation to the end customer.
