This line is designed for packaging various powders such as ground spices, food additives, dry milk powder, coffee powder, cocoa, startch, etc. into jars and then capping and labelling them with self-adhesive labels or shrink labels. An optional module for sealing the top of the jar with pre-cut aluminium lids.
An induction sealing station can be provided as an option for caps fitted with induction sealable wads.
The standard line consists of the following modules:

2. 1 or 2-lane rotary filling machine with auger dosing; vibratory unit during filling for easy dispersion of product; weight control for real time adjustment of filling auger and a jar rejection unit;
3. Automatic auger product infeed system with a two-station distributor;

1. INFEED ROTARY TABLE FOR EMPTY JARS
- Designed for feeding empty jars on to the filling line.
- Completely stainless steel construction, with a guard.
- Suitable for round jars of various sizes.
- Rotary table diameter: 800 mm or 1000 mm.
2. TWO FILLING MACHINES EQUIPPED WITH AUGER FILLERS
Machine body construction entirely of stainless steel.- Two independent auger fillers with servo-driven augers for high accuracy.
- Additional auger set available for different jar dimensions & product weights.
- The product hoppers are equipped with agitators for mixing and to prevent product compression in the hopper.
- Each product hopper has a volume of 50 liters.
- The machine frames are equipped with flywheels for height adjustment depending on the height of the jars.
- Jars are lifted under the fillers to prevent product spillage during filling.
- Rotary table's rotation is controlled by a servo drive.
- Machine has PLC control, and a color touchscreen for operations.
- The PLC allows you to save up to 10 different machine settings depending on the product and jar format.
- Weighing module for online adjustment of auger filler and weight-based rejection system in case the weight is not within set tolerance limits.
3. AUTOMATIC AUGER FEEDING SYSTEM FOR PRODUCT INFEED TO THE HOPPER OF AUGER FILLER
- Equipped with two motors: a product infeed motor and a vibration motor with separate controls.
- Equipped with a distributor for product dosing stations for product infeed to 2 product hopper of the Auger fillers.
- The product hopper is adjustable to prevent product blockages.
- The hopper can be separated from the pipe, simplifying disassembly for cleaning.
- Special design protects the bearings from dust.
- The auger screw can be removed too for cleaning, making cleaning easy.

4. IN-LINE CAP ORIENTATION AND FEEDING MODULE

- This module is designed to work in conjunction with the capping module.
5. CAPPING MODULE

7. CONVEYOR SYSTEM

- The conveyor system is designed to transport empty jars from the infeed table through the entire line.
- At the inlet, the conveyor system design separates the empty jar flow into two rows for entering the filling stations.
- At the outlet, the conveyor system design ensures that the jars flow in a single row for subsequent capping.
