doypack packing machine ADM
Automatic packaging machine ADM is designed for filling various types of liquid, viscous products such as mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, condensed milk, drinks, liquid soap, cleaning liquids into pre-made doy-pack bags, "sachets".
The machine, in this configuration, is equipped with a piston dispenser for filling liquid and viscous products into pre-made classic Doy-pack bags, 2- and 3-sided sachets, bags with a K-shaped bottom.
The machine provides the ability to produce bags with or without welding of an corner spout.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
This "Fill-n-seal" packaging machine grips individual empty packet from a magazine, opens it, fills the product, embosses date & seals the pouch.
With the help of an orientator (optional) it can orientate and feed spouts to the sealing area and seal the spout on to the pouch.
The standard machine is equipped with parts for working with packets of one width size. Other packet formats can be used using simple changeover parts.
