SEMI-AUTOMATIC BOTTLE FILLING MACHINE DV-11
Semi-automatic machine DV-11 is used for filling liquid products in the food and chemical industries into plastic bottles, containers. The foam is discharged into the product tank of the filler.

WORKING PRINCIPLE (4 head filler):
The operator manually places the bottle under the filling nozzle of the filler. After placing the position of the pneumatic switch to ON, the filling valve is automatically lowered into the bottle and the product gets dosed with the removal of foam.
While bottles are being filled in one section (2 fillers), the operator changes filled bottles to empty ones in the second section (2 fillers).
After filling, the operator places the cap and closes the bottle with the help of a manual pneumatic capping head (optional).
