ADM-GP, filling liquids through spout for premade packets
This machine, model ADM-GP, is designed for filling viscous products such as juice, puree, fruit concentrate, peanut butter, honey, etc. into ready-made doypack bags with a pre-welded central spout and subsequent closing of the spout.
Machine operations that are performed in automatic mode: rotation of the carousel, blowing the bag, filling the bag with the product, orientation of spouts, placing and closing the spout, unloading the finished product on conveyor (optional), automatic feeding of spouts (optional).
Machine operations that are carried out in manual mode or are optionally performed automatically: feeding the bag into the magazine, feeding of spouts to orientator.

Basic set:
- Frame and claddings are made of stainless steel;
- Protective acrylic fences and safety sensors on doors;
- The rotary carousel table drive is pneumatic;
- Universal piston - pneumatic dispenser for viscous (pasty) products;
- Food tank with heating and stirrer (scraper);
- Washing program, connector for draining cleaning solution under the filler valve;
- Magazine for holding and transfer of premade bags;
- Extra set of magazine for premade bags;
- Spout orientator;
- Automatic placement and spout closing unit;
- Unloading unit for finished packets.
Optional equipment:
- Automatic transfer of spouts to hopper of orientator;
- Ultraviolet lamp for spout disinfection;
- Dedicated CIP cleaning unit.
