Bottle Filling Monoblock model MFC

Monoblock for filling and capping model MFC-2 is used for filling liquid & viscous products in PET and HDPE bottles with capping by plastic pilfer-proof caps.

This machine is used in food and chemical industries for filling a wide range of product.

Products to be packed
Food products: Milk, kefir, drinking yogurt, condensed milk, sauces, juice drinks, etc.
Non-food products:  Shampoo, creams, Gel, liquid cleaning products, liquid fertilizer, etc.

  • The entire machine frame and perimeter protective covers are made of SS 304 stainless steel with protective acrylic doors and sensors on the door opening handles.
  •  Universal piston filler for viscous and liquid products with two filling valves.
  • Automatic cap orientator, infeed, and capping unit.
  • "No bottle - no fill - no cap" safety system.
  • Bottle infeed and outfeed conveyors.
  •  Electrical control cabinet with color touchscreen.
  •  Format parts for one bottle format.
  • Set of spares and consumables.

  • Station 1: Bottle transfer from conveyor to turret
