AFM-3 vial filling machine

The AFM-3 filling machine is designed for filling liquid and viscous products, including foamy products, of the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries into vials or bottles (depending on the line configuration) followed by automatic screw capping.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The operator places the empty bottles on the infeed turntable and fills caps to the cap hopper-orientator. A clamshell mechanism for moving vials takes one vial at a time and moves it under the filling nozzle. After filling, the vial moves under the capping module, where the vial is capped. Next, the finished bottles are moved to the outfeed conveyor.
