At the beginning of September 2022, equipment for the production of Doypack bags was shipped to our customer in Morocco - «Your Packaging».
Packaging products in Doypack has already become widespread, is rapidly gaining popularity due to a wide range of applications in various industries: food, household chemicals, medicine and cosmetics, and other industries.
The model ASP, manufactured by NHM Limited™, is designed for the production of Doy-packs and sachets, which are then filled with product on automatic fill-seal machines like model ADM or manually.
ASP can produce bags in a wide range of sizes and types of bags: classic Doypack bags, zip-lock bags, figure bags, K-bottom bags, as well as sachets with 2 or 3 sides sealing. Optionally, you can equip the equipment with modules for punching “Euroslot”, rounding the package corners, V-shaped side cut for easy opening, Doypack with figured sealing of the top of the package.
A feature of this machine is the ability to quickly and cost-effectively change-over (only uses up to 5 m. of film) to different bag formats, which makes it possible to produce bags in small batches and at a low cost. This is a very important argument, both for companies producing bags for their own packaging, and for companies producing ready-made Doy-pack bags or “sachets” for sale.
